Please return your Giving Tree gifts this weekend to the tree in the Link. Please follow the directions on the tags and return all gifts with tags by the 7:30pm Mass on Dec. 8. Thank you for your generosity and support.

There will be a second collection this weekend for Retired Religious. Please make any checks payable to St. Philomena.

Students from the Peoria Notre Dame Robotics team will be at Sunday morning Masses this weekend selling Krispy Kreme donuts for $8/dozen until they sell out. Money raised supports the team’s travel for competition and the materials to make the robot.

Place an online order for Scrip on shopwithscrip.com on December 5-6  and if you use a credit card to pay for that order, you will not pay any of the online fees. No long-term commitment. Sign up now and be ready to shop-til-you-drop on December 5-6, 2019. If you do not yet have a profile, go to www.shopwithscrip.com and use our enrollment code  C51LD8AL925 to be connected to St. Philomena. Scrip is a great way to buy those gift cards you’re going to give, or to purchase gift cards to use for your shopping. Amazon, Starbucks, Dunkin’, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, JC Penney, WalMart/Sam’s, Chipotle, Subway, PetSmart, PetCo….the list goes on! ANYONE can buy Scrip to help raise money for our parish. It is not just a “school thing.” If you have questions about Scrip or online purchasing of Scrip, contact the parish office during regular office hours (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday) or visit our Scrip page by clicking here.

The next Men’s Club meeting is Monday, December 9. This is the meeting where the men put up the decorations for Christmas. Men of the parish are welcome to join in starting at 5pm in the church. Regular meeting will happen in the banquet room around 6pm. All men are invited. If you can’t join us at 5pm, please do plan on coming to the meeting.
