Thank you to everyone who joined us on Giving Tuesday to make a donation to our parish endowment. We are happy to report that 51 families made a donation. Our total giving for the kick-off was $17,775! A great effort all around. Thank you! If you’d like to make an end-of-year gift to the parish endowment, contact the parish office.

All are invited to attend a Holy Hour for Vocations on Tuesday, December 11 at 6:30pm at St. Mary, 9910 W Knox St., Kickapoo.

As a follow up to our Surviving the Holidays seminar, we will offer a 13-week GriefShare grief recovery seminar beginning on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:30pm. GriefShare is a weekly video seminar featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Our next Financial Peace University will begin on January 21, 2019. This nine-week series will be held on Monday Nights, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Parish Center Banquet Room. Send in an inquiry or register by filling out the registration form  online at https://www.stphils.com/church/faith-formation/adult/ and someone will follow up with you.

Don’t forget to use Scrip this holiday shopping season. Scrip gift cards are perfect to use when shopping for gifts or as gifts themselves. Some retailers’ cards can also be bought online and sent via email for those out-of-town family/friends or last-minute gifts. To order, stop at the Scrip table after Mass in the link or come by the parish office during regular office hours. You can also go to the online store at shopwithscrip.com. Create a log-in and use our church enrollment code: C51LD8AL925. Scrip is ordered every Monday morning and typically in the office Thursday for pickup. Some items we keep in stock, but as a rule of thumb for Christmas: order early. Anything you want for Christmas must be ordered by Monday, December 17 at 9am.
