Miss Bogner began teaching at St. Philomena School in 2018-19. She has been teaching fifth through eighth grades since 2008. She is originally from Sparland, IL. Miss Bogner attended Western Illinois University where she earned her degree in Elementary Education. In her after school time, Miss Bogner enjoys crafting, reading, going on road trips, and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Breitbach has taught fourth grade at St. Philomena since 2012 and taught at St. Mark's before taking time off to raise her family. She is from Peoria and obtained a degree in Elementary Education at Loras College. When not teaching, Mrs. Breitbach likes to spend time with her husband and four daughters.
Mrs. Chambers has taught second grade at St. Philomena School since 2007-08 and began teaching two years prior to her arrival. She earned a degree in Early Childhood Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University. When not teaching, Mrs. Chambers likes to spend time with her husband, Tony; son, Cole; and daughter, Addison.

Mrs. Cunningham is from Germantown Hills and joins our staff in 2020-21 as our Physical Education teacher. She recently retired after teaching 34 years in Peoria Public Schools (District #150) and Germantown Hills, where she taught PE/Health and was the athletics director. She is looking forward to a new chapter teaching PE here at St Phil’s. Mrs. Cunningham has a Bachelors of Science in Special Education from Western Illinois University and a Masters in Education from Illinois State University. She is married to Larry and has two sons, Kyle and Tyler and a daughter-in-law, Rashmi. Outside of teaching she enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Mrs. Cusack joins us as a full-time member of our faculty in the 2019-2020 school year as the junior high history teacher, but she is truly a familiar face to our families and staff. A Peoria native, she began teaching at St. Philomena as a PE teacher in 2003. When she was expecting her seventh child, she returned to being a full-time mom to raise Lucy. In 2018-19 Mrs. Cusack was a long-term substitute in our junior high. She is married and has seven children and one son-in-law. When not in the classroom she enjoys hiking and hanging with her family.
Mrs. Dalbey is the Resource Teacher for our students in the primary grades. She has a degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After teaching in the public school system for eight years, she took time off to stay home with her three children: Lily, Ben and Lauren. Before beginning full-time at St. Philomena, Mrs. Dalbey was a substitute teacher in our school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their children. She loves being a part of the SPS family!
Miss Davis has taught third through fifth grades since 2002. Since 2007-08, she has taught fourth grade at St. Philomena. Miss Davis is from Mt. Pulaski, IL and earned her degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University. When she is not teaching, she enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.
Mrs. Dawson has been teaching kindergarten at St. Philomena since 1998-99 and has been teaching since 1994. Mrs. Dawson is from Roanoke and earned her degree in Early Elementary Education from Bradley University. Mrs. Dawson is married and has one daughter, Rebecca. She loves walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
