Mrs. Tony has taught fourth through eighth grades since 1981. She has taught junior high science at St. Philomena since 2008. Mrs. Tony is from Peoria and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters of Science in Elementary Education from Bradley University. She has two children, Stephen and Kelly. Mrs. Tony enjoys running and sewing.
Mrs. Wagner has taught at St. Philomena since 1998-99 as a kindergarten aide and in the STEM Center and school library. She is from Peoria and earned a degree as a Paraprofessional. Mrs. Wagner is married and has one daughter and one son. She loves to garden and became a Master Gardener in 2016. She also enjoys being involved in the school plays as a stage manager.
Mrs. Wake, a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, joined the St. Philomena School faculty as a fifth grade teacher for the 2019-20 school year. In 2020-21, she will work with Mrs. King focusing on e-Learning in support of our staff and families. A native of Belleville, IL, she is married to Doug, a Peorian, and they have five children: Joseph, Samuel, Collin, Georgia and Carol Anne. When not at school, she enjoys crafting, being with her family and the many outdoor activities of her active family.
Miss Watkins began teaching at St. Philomena in 2017-18. She teaches art to kindergarten through eighth grade students. Miss Watkins is from Sycamore, IL and received a degree in Fine Art from Illinois State University. She enjoys Russian arts, walking pilgrimages, reading, and Carmelite mystics.
