St. Philomena benefits greatly from the active and enthusiastic support of its Parent Teacher Organization. The PTO works with school administration and staff to help promote the spiritual, educational, physical and cultural welfare of the children of St. Philomena through the coordination of volunteers and the promotion of various school fundraising and community-building activities.
All parents of St. Philomena students are members of the PTO and are encouraged and welcome to participate in and volunteer for activities.

Next sale: January 28, 2024
Used uniform and sports equipment sales are held twice a year: August for back-to-school and January during Catholic Schools Week. Sales are an opportunity for families to go through and empty closets, and also pick up items that are in good shape. It’s always nice to have extra pieces for those growth spurts!
Our next sale will be January 28, 2024, School Cafeteria during Catholic Schools Week Open House. Watch for drop off information when school is back in session after Christmas break.
The back-to-school sale in August 2023 brought in almost $900 for our PTO. That’s a lot of merchandise moved at $3 each! Thank you for your support.

Join us for a fun night of meeting other St. Philomena parents and flex those brains – are you smarter than your fourth grader? Form a team of eight and enjoy the cash bar provided by our Men’s Club and snacks while competing through rounds of trivia. Prizes for the winner.

A great opportunity to celebrate our grandparents! They are invited into the school for ice cream and cookies shared with their grandchildren. There is also an opportunity to tour classrooms and meet teachers.

Bring the whole family to play at Tanner’s and meet other school families! Free admission to the Back 40 playground for St. Philomena families and an opportunity to shop the market and eat dinner at the cafe. Don’t forget to bring home some apple cider donuts!

Celebrate Halloween with St. Philomena School! St. Philomena children can collect candy with their friends and family in a safe and fun environment in our parking lot. Decorate your car for a chance to win prizes. Please bring plenty of candy, you will get lots of trick or treaters!
This event is for St. Philomena families, please do not share publicly. In order to make this event a success for all, if your student is participating, they will need to be accompanied by a car so there are enough goodies to go around.
Admission is a suggested donation to the Women’s Care Center. Watch for a wish list, or you can give a monetary donation.

Our annual benefit auction is our only fundraiser held for the school. This event helps support St. Philomena and the proceeds will enrich the Catholic education of our children by supporting talented faculty, providing funds for improvements to the building, and keeping St. Philomena School on the forefront of technology and the arts.
