Mrs. Dippold joins the faculty at St. Philomena School for the 2020-21 school year. A native of Lake Villa, IL, she began teaching in 2010 after receiving her degree in Elementary Education from Knox College. Mrs. Dippold previously taught as a Library Specialist as well as grades 2nd, 4th and 5th. She and her husband have two sons, Lincoln and Henry. Outside of school she enjoys crafting, reading, gardening and being outside.
Mrs. Esparza began teaching fifth grade at St. Philomena in 2017-18. She has five additional years teaching third through fifth grades prior to her arrival here. She is from Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education at Western Illinois University. Mrs. Esparza is married and has a daughter, Olivia. She likes to cook, bake, read, and travel.
Mrs. Evenson has been the band director at St. Philomena since 2012-13. She is from Somonauk, Il and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Music Education from Augustana College. She currently lives in Eureka with her husband and two sons, Finn and Zane. Mrs. Evenson is a Cubs fan and a member of the Peoria Heights Community Band. She loves musicals and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with her family.
Mrs. Fehl has taught third grade at St. Philomena since 2010-11. She is from Peoria and obtained a degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. Mrs. Fehl is married and has one son, Charlie, and a daughter, Maggie. She enjoys shopping, reading, working out, watching the Cubs, going on vacation with her family.
Mrs. Gibson has been a first grade teacher at St. Philomena since 2004-05. She has an additional 12 years experience teaching special education and first grade. Mrs. Gibson earned her degree from Southern Illinois University. She is married with four daughters and one grandchild.

Mrs. Heppard is a Peoria native and began teaching in 2013. She joins the St. Philomena Faculty for the 2019-2020 school year to teach third grade, having previous experience teaching first and second grades. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Illinois State University. Mrs. Heppard is married to Sam and they have a son, Benjamin, and dog, Charlie. When not in the classroom, she enjoys cooking, going on walks with the family, reading, crafting and enjoying the good company of friends and family.
Mrs. Heuermann has taught kindergarten and first grades at St. Philomena since 1997-98, with an additional three years of experience. Mrs. Heuermann is from Peoria and earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Eureka College. She is married with two children, Nick and Rachel, and has two grandchildren, Lydia and Adler. Mrs. Heuermann enjoys gardening, walking her dog, cooking, and sewing.

Mrs. Kincaid has taught fifth grade and junior high math at St. Philomena since 2002-03. In 2019 she was honored for her 30 years of teaching experience which includes third through eighth grades as well as art. Mrs. Kincaid is from Manhattan, KS and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State. She has two daughters, Chelsea and MacKenzie. Mrs. Kincaid enjoys watching sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals, swimming and being in the sun, traveling, and Starbucks.
