Little Flowers & Little Women

(August 11, 2022) We are excited to introduce a new extracurricular club at St. Philomena for our mothers and their daughters, (kindergarten through fifth grade). The Little Flowers group will be offered for kindergarten-third grade and Little Women for fourth-fifth grades. Both groups will gather on first Saturdays at the St. Philomena Parish Center from 8:30-10:00 am. All mothers of the girls are welcome and encouraged to attend each month. During each get-together there will be time for fellowship, fun, creativity and learning about the life of a saint and virtue. We will break out into small groups by age.
Mark your calendar for: September 3, October 1, November 5, February 4, March 4, April 1 and May 6. Sign up by September 1 by clicking here, cost is $10/daughter. If you prefer to not pay online, please make payment of exact cash or check (payable to St. Philomena) to the parish office by September 3.
Cheers & Tears

(August 2, 2022) — All St. Philomena School parents are invited to our first-day-of-school Cheers & Tears event. After drop-off on August 17, 2022, come over to the parish center until 9:00 a.m. for coffee, juice and donuts. Catch up with old friends, meet and welcome new parents and rejoice and/or wallow as a new school year begins. Younger children are welcome to join you. School Uniform & Sports Equipment Sale

(July 22, 2022) — It’s time to dig out those school uniforms that don’t fit and that sports equipment your kiddos have outgrown for our Used Uniform and Sports Equipment Sale! Drop off your items from July 23-August 1 in the marked bins in the link between the church and parish center. All items should be clean and gently used. Allowed sports donations are those which we offer here at St. Philomena School: softball, soccer, golf, wrestling, volleyball, track, cross country and basketball. Sports shoes are accepted if they are in good, usable condition.
If you would like to help with the sale, contact Amy Capie (bradleygrad2000@yahoo.com). Help is needed sorting items before the sale and assisting at the sale.
The sale will be held in the school cafeteria, enter through the doors next to the gym off of the main parking lot. Sale dates and times:
- Thursday, August 4: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
- Friday, August 5: 6:00-7:30 p.m.
