The St. Philomena Festival is an annual event that promotes community-building among our parishioners and our community in general.  All are welcome.  You will find a little bit of entertainment for everyone…carnival rides, kids games, great food, and music.  Most of all, you will be welcomed with open arms by the parishioners of St. Philomena and the hospitality for which we are known. 


Our Festival runs from Thursday-Saturday during the first full week of August each year. Hours are: Thursday from 5-10pm, Friday from 5-11pm and Saturday from 12-11pm.

Live Music

Our Festival committee is "in tune" with all the great bands in our area. Too bad there are only three nights to showcase some brilliant local talent. Please understand that by law, no one younger than age 21 is allowed in the beer tent where the band stage is located - No Exceptions. This includes young children accompanied by a parent. If you want to listen to the band and will be bringing your young children, please plan to set up outside of the beer tent fences.


Tiger Tokens are 50 cents each and used to purchase items in the Food Tent (no cash please) or play the kids' games that are run by St. Philomena volunteers.

Food Tent

Our food tent is amazing, if we do say so ourselves. Make sure to get some fries with that order and save room for a piece of pie for dessert. Plan to stop at the ticket booth and buy some Tiger Tokens if you plan to eat in the Food Tent. We ask that you do not use cash in the Food Tent.


You'll be sure to find something you enjoy in our kids' games as well as the carnival game selection. Ring toss, roulette, face painting, PLINKO, basketball shot...the list goes on. To volunteer at the kids' game booth, see below.


If you're a ride person, you'll for sure have fun at our carnival. The Scrambler, Tilt-A-Whirl, Ferris Wheel, Merry-Go-Round and more!

Bags Tournament

Lawn-chair athletes everywhere compete and bring home the gold! Sign-up now before it's too late! Field of play limited to the first 30 teams, entry is $20/team. Must be at least 21 years old to enter. Cash payouts will be awarded based on number of entries. To register, click the link below.
