Mr. Dippold taught fourth grade for eight years before coming to St. Philomena as the assistant principal in the 2017-18 school year. He was then named principal for the 2018-19 school year.  He is a St. Philomena alum and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Knox College and a  Master's in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University.  Mr. Dippold is married and has three children, Lincoln, Henry and Ruby.  Mr. Dippold enjoys cooking, watching football (especially Ohio State), taking walks and playing with his family.

Mrs. Mindy Danko begins her first year in the St. Philomena School office in the 2023-24 school year. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in French from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Mindy is married to Josh and they have a daughter, Madelyn, and a puppy, Caymus. Prior to staying home with Madelyn, she worked for Caterpillar for nearly 10 years in a variety of roles, including communications and pricing. In her free time, Mrs. Danko enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting their family's lake home in Kentucky and gardening. Mrs. Danko's favorite things.

Mrs. Whalen began her first year as school secretary in 2022.  Previous to that she was the coordinator for St. Philomena's RaiseRight Scrip program for almost three years, and had been a stay-at-home mom since 2017. Mrs. Whalen earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a native of Edelstein, IL and is married to Ryan. They have three children, Michael, Gregory and Laura. Mrs. Whalen's favorite things to do are reading, spending time with family and friends, baking desserts, going to baseball games and playing board/card games.
