Professional Experience: Mrs. Dalbey is the Resource Teacher for our students in the primary grades. She has a degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After teaching in the public school system for eight years, she took time off to stay home with her three children. Before beginning full-time at St. Philomena, Mrs. Dalbey was a substitute teacher in our school.
