Advent by Candlelight 2021

We look forward to Christmas with a mixture of joy and anxiety, warmth and exhaustion. Stressing over the to-do list, and hoping for time to just enjoy the season. Advent by Candlelight is an opportunity for women to set aside the hustle and bustle, and take time to focus on the birth of Christ.

Women of the parish are invited to join us for Advent by Candlelight. This year we have added a second night to allow more women to participate. You will choose one night to attend, this is not a two-day event/commitment. Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, November 8, 2021.

• Dates: Friday, December 3 & Saturday, December 4
• Who: Women of the parish, ages 21 and older.
• Where: St. Philomena Parish Center Banquet Room
• Time: Doors open at 5:30pm each night
• Cost: There is no cost. You may give a free-will offering if you desire. Suggested donation is $10/person.
• Food: One charcuterie tray and one dessert tray will be provided for each table by the committee. Hostesses are welcome to bring additional bite-size food/appetizers or desserts to share with your table mates. Hostesses should feel free to invite table mates to bring food and drink as well.
• Beverages: Coffee and water will be provided. Hostesses and attendees are welcome to bring wine to share with your table.
• Reservations: You may reserve as a hostess or an attendee. Hostesses: you are welcome to fill your table of 8, or ask us to help you fill a table.
